Founded by Mrs. NP Nzama, a driven entrepreneur from KwaMashu with deep roots in business and service delivery, Notha is a proudly Black-owned company with over 13 years of combined experience.

We engage in the construction on a turnkey basis, from purchasing stands in residential estates to building homes, as well as constructing houses for clients who already own stands.
Providing total waste management services, including waste separation, recycling, and safe disposal of non-recyclable general and hazardous waste.
